This is to inform that we did not meet the quorum for the general asembly announced to be held today, Oct 27th, 2019. As a result, we postpone today's general assembly to Sun, Nov 10th, 2019.

We would like to request all NCSC members to attend the aseembly on Sun, Nov 10th, 2019 at 1:00 PM.
