Dear community members,

We acquired a 15000 sq ft of new property sitting on 1.47 acres of land in Euless past Dec 18, 2019. We are in the process of getting required permit from the City and remodeling the building for our purpose.

NCSC has created 10 leasable office suites with an average size of 14”X15” each. We have also decided to lease out the cafeteria if any of our community members comes forward to lease it yet helping meet cafeteria related requirements of the NCSC.

Interested parties are requested to fill out the form by Jan 31st, 2020. The committee will decide on the request by the 2nd week of February, 2020.

We are accepting rental proposals only for the following types of businesses

  1. Public service companies (Real estate, Insurance, Tax/Accounting, Legal Consulting, Travel Agency)
  2. General office space (for profit and non-profit) entities
  3. Specialty shops (Boutique, Nepali souvenirs/handicrafts/utensils, etc.)
  4. Companies that can run Cafeteria with full commercial kitchen (Vegetarian and non-alcoholic items only)

Additional detail about the building

  1. The office area will be completely a separate block and fully secured - badges will be used to unlock the doors.
  2. It will have its own small lobby/waiting area. The area can sit about 8 chairs and 2 coffee tables.
  3. Every room will have a glass wall for light and visibility in the front.
  4. It will have a state-of-the-art board (meeting room) for about 24 people with fully equipped audio-visual set.
  5. Tenants can use the board room on 1st come 1st serve basis. It can be booked in the system installed on the wall.
  6. NCSC will provide the fast internet service to all tenants for free.
  7. Tenants will have to pay nominal amount for utilities and cleaning.
  8. Tenants and their guests will have access to cafeteria.
  9. Cafeteria will provide services during normal business hours on weekdays and during temple hours in the weekends at reasonable cost.
  10. We are in schedule to complete the remodeling by Apr, 2020 so that tenant can move in on/after May 1st, 2020.
