Concerned NCSC Leaders

Based on the suggestions received from the NCSC EC/BOT (email dated November 27, 2022), the NCSC Election Committee meeting, held on November 28, 2022, changed the nomination cut-off date/time from December 2 (5 pm) to December 4 (3 pm). 

Election Details: 

1. Nomination fees for BOT: 
   • Chairperson BOT: $100 
   • Vice Chairpersons and General Secretary: $50 
2. Nomination fees for Executive Committee (EC): 
   • President EC: $100 
   • Vice Presidents, General Secretary, Secretary, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer: $50 
   • Members: Total 10 members (including two from NST and two from religious faith). Election will be for 5 members and one youth member. Nomination Fee: $20 
3. Nomination Time: November 27 to December 4 (3:00 PM) 
   • The completed nomination form, with the nomination fee, can be summitted in person to the election committee representative or Manager of the NCSC at the Nepali Mandir (NCSC Building), 2016 W. Grauwyler Rd, Irving, TX, 75061. 
   • Alternatively, the completed nomination form can be submitted by email to the Chair of Election (p-gau@hotmail.com) and CC to all three members of Election Committee (biu.cpafirm@gmail.com, djdhakal@gmail.com, ETLgurung@yahoo.com) and pay the nomination fee at the Nepali Mandir by 3 PM, December 4, 2022. 
4. Preliminary Nomination: List will be posted in the Nepal Mandir/website/other medias. 
5. December 5 and December 6 (5 pm): Time to file objection to any candidate. 
6. December 7 (5 pm): Last date/time to withdraw the nomination; final list of candidates will be published. 
7. December 11, 2022: Election date (10 am -3 pm) 
8. The Election Committee reserves the right to change this schedule, if needed.
