Dear Trustees,
Past Sun, Oct 6th, 2019 , a formal meeting of the Board of Trustees unanimously approved to form a bylaws amendment committee in the leadership of our trustee Mr. Prakash Gautam. As per Mr Gautam, two other members of BOT have been added to the committee. Please find below the names of all members of the committee.

3. Mr Krishna Lamichhane
The main role of the bylaws committee is to define/propose the rights and privilege of the Patrons and the Institutional BOTs, The committee will also address some other minor issues in the bylaws.
