BOT MEETING (SUN, FEB 21, 2021) CANCELED
Dear Trustees and Patrons,
Due to inclement weather this week, the City of Euless has delayed their work. We were hoping to get the construction permit this week which did not happen. We estimate the City will take about 5-10 more days to release the permit. Therefore, we are canceling this meeting and will schedule as soon as we hear back from the city.
Please go thru the attached document regarding Bar-Badhu agenda that we will discuss later - in the next meeting, yet to be announced.

This is to inform you that we will be holding a physical onsite meeting to go over the offer/s and the final price for the Irving Building. The Property Evaluation and Sale Committee will present the case before the BOT. Since this is a very critical meeting, we request all of you to make every effort to attend the meeting. We will follow the pandemic safety protocol while at the building. We will be discussing some other topics, as reflected below as well.
